2.1 These Terms govern your use of our website and services provided by Twacha Skin & Dermatology Clinic (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

2.2 By using our website, booking appointments, or purchasing products/services, you agree to:

Be at least 18 years old or using the platform under parental supervision
Provide accurate and complete information
Enter into a legally binding agreement

2.3 If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility

Services are available only to individuals capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Users under 18 must not independently use or transact
Any false information provided will be the sole responsibility of the user

4. Services

4.1 We provide:

Dermatology consultations
Skin & hair treatments
Cosmetic procedures
Skincare product sales

4.2 All services are subject to:

Availability of doctors/slots
Medical suitability of the patient

4.3 The scope of services will be limited to the amount paid as per invoice.

4.4 Appointments:

Must be booked online, via phone, or in-clinic
Can be rescheduled subject to availability

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 You agree to:

Provide accurate medical history
Follow pre/post-treatment instructions
Use services responsibly

5.2 The clinic is not liable for:

Adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions
Failure to follow medical advice

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Fees once paid are non-refundable
In special cases, amount may be adjusted against other services after 20% deduction
Adjustment is subject to management approval

6.2 Packages

Validity will be as per invoice
Unused sessions are non-refundable

6.3 Token Amount

Valid for 60 days from payment date
Non-refundable but adjustable within validity

6.4 Products

Products once sold cannot be returned or refunded
Exchange allowed only if:
- Product is damaged/defective at delivery
- Reported within 24–48 hours

7. Appointments & No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without prior notice may be treated as consumed sessions
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Results may vary from person to person. No guaranteed outcomes are promised.

8.2 The clinic shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of personal belongings
Unsatisfactory results due to individual skin response

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

Text, images, branding, logos
Treatment protocols
Design and layout

are owned by the Company and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

10. Pricing

All prices are in INR
Subject to change without prior notice
Taxes may apply as per government regulations

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate user access
Refuse service in case of misuse or violation

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Misuse of services
Violation of these terms
Incorrect information provided by you

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
